At YOMOGI, we offer an authentic Japanese YOMOGI steaming experience designed to help you slow down,
warm your body, and enjoy a moment of relaxation and self-care.
Using carefully selected Japanese mugwort and traditional steaming methods, each session provides a calming space
to step away from the everyday and reconnect with yourself.
Our goal is simple: to create a warm, peaceful experience where you can relax, reset, and take some time for yourself.
Choice of Three
Before Your YOMOGI Session

We recommend avoiding a heavy meal immediately before your session, as this may cause you to feel overheated or uncomfortable. Please finish your meal 1–2 hours before your session. A light meal is perfectly fine.

Please stay well hydrated before and after your session. Complimentary drinking water is provided.

You can arrive empty-handed — everything you need for your YOMOGI session is provided.
During Your Session

You will wear a comfortable YOMOGI cape during your session.

You are welcome to arrive with makeup on. Makeup remover is provided.

We do not have a dedicated powder room, but you are welcome to freshen up in the bathroom after your session. Please bring your own makeup products if needed.

Sunscreen and moisturiser are provided.
After Your Session

You may sweat quite a lot during YOMOGI, but the sweat is light and non-sticky, so most guests feel comfortable without showering afterwards.

As your body remains warm after the session, we recommend waiting approximately 3 hours before showering.

A shower facility is available at the venue; however, shower amenities are not provided as part of the YOMOGI service. Shampoo and conditioner are available, but please bring your own towel, body wash and other personal amenities if you wish to shower. A hair dryer is not provided.

Towels are provided for your YOMOGI session.

Temporary facial redness or warmth may occur after the session. Cool towels are available to help you cool down.

Our optional MATCHA MODELING FACE MASK is popular with guests as a refreshing way to cool down and soothe the appearance of redness. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

You are welcome to relax in the lounge after your session until you feel comfortable and your body has cooled down.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR PACKAGE
When booking online, please select “Session Package” as your booking option.
You can choose your preferred package when you arrive, and payment will be made on the day of your visit.
If you decide not to purchase a package after your session, that’s absolutely fine — you can simply pay the regular single-session price instead.
PACKAGE TERMS
• Your package starts on the day of purchase, which counts as your first session.
• Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Validity periods cannot be extended.
• Packages are valid for YOMOGI Sessions only. Add-ons are charged separately.
• Other promotions or discounts cannot be combined with a package.
• No-shows will count as one session used.
• If you bring a guest for the same session, your guest can enjoy our regular Pair Session price.

YOMOGI steaming is strictly not available to anyone who is pregnant or may be pregnant.

We do not provide the service during menstruation.

Please do not book a session if you have a heart or cardiovascular condition, a fever, cold or flu symptoms, or are feeling significantly unwell.
